SHIPPING

International orders will be Express shipping is shipped with DHL. Standard shipping is shipped with your best local courier.

All Europe and International shipments will be tracked services. Tracking Numbers will be provided when your order is shipped.

UK orders will be on a next day delivery service with DPD. For next day shipping please ORDER BEFORE 11AM for same day dispatch. UK Express Next Day delivers on weekdays only! For Saturday delivery please choose UK Saturday Service.

Please be aware: unless you have choice otherwise at the checkout, ALL Import taxes and customs are included in your purchase through the website.

PAYMENT

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day returns policy on non-sale items. Items on sale CANNOT be refunded ONLY EXCHANGED. 

If you wish to return your item and receive a full refund, items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received unless otherwise stated.

For International returns: please follow this link for the returns portal; https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQxS. Please note that the customer will need to add an additional payment for the return label. International return choices: -

Self-Postage Returns – this is the most basic returns option that will always appear in the Returns Portal. This option allows customers to generate self-postage label that can be used with any shipper of their choice. 

Prepaid Courier Returns – a prepaid shipping label via DHL can be generated. The return will be routed directly to merchant’s returns facility. The cost of the return will be shown in the Returns Portal, however customers will not be charged at the point of creating a return. Once the order is refunded, the prepaid return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returns costs will be covered by the customer unless the reason for return is due to defective items. 

Please note* the customer will not be refunded the duties and customs or the original shipping cost for the items. These will be deducted from the total refunded amount.  

Defective and order discrepancy claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Items MUST be returned in its original packaging with the tags, in its original condition. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of being purchased by you. Please advise us upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to a refund or exchange and allow 1-2 working days for this to be processed.

If the exchange item is no longer in stock we can offer a refund on non sale items. On sale items we can offer store credit for the amount paid for the item.

For International order exchanges: please contact shop@pariafarzaneh.com FIRST. This is so that you will not be charged duties and taxes on the return and exchange shipments, and so that we can create a exchange order. We suggest you write the words "RETURN ITEM" on the outside of the parcel. **Please note we can only prevent further duties and taxes being charged via our returns process, not if the customer chooses to return via their own postal service.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. 

 

GHALAMKAR PRINTING

The Iranian fabric is delicately printed by hand with carved wood blocks in Iran, therefore each garment's print will vary occasionally including small flecks of colour from the wood blocks.

This is part of the natural hand printing process and we believe that this is what makes every single piece special. Due to this process we will not accept returns of this reason. Please refer to the label in the garment. 

Each Iranian print garment WILL vary, as every inch of this special hand crafted fabric is used making each product unique. Therefore we cannot guarantee that the images of our products that appear on our online store will be the same section of the print. For more information please see our ABOUT page.
